Higher ground is rarely ever handed to you; it’s apprehended often through risk. Working some thick oils into this Rocky Mountain Bighorn. I wanted to capture more than just a leap — I wanted to show the pure guts it takes to leave the safety of one cliff for the uncertainty of the next. It’s not a foolish jump; it’s a calculated risk for a better vantage point. Sometimes you have to leave the solid ground behind to reach the mountain peaks in life.

The  art prints are individually examined for accurate color by me, the artist, on archival cotton museum paper or canvas using pigment inks that will last. Depending on the size of print ordered, the artist reserves the right to crop the image slightly to fit the desired size/frame/format.

The color of your print may vary from the color on your monitor screen. However, what I send out is the intended result; sharp in color and matches the original precisely.
