In the summer of 2021, I came upon the elusive "Seven Swans a Swimming." I was out in my kayak fishing at a small local reservoir. I had my camera and spotted the swans across the water. I really wanted to get as close as I could and get some photos to paint from... Business Trip ... I had my decent lens so I paddled, held up my camera and then coasted. Then paddled a bit more... I was getting closer. Finally, the swans took off. Yes. Click, Click, Click. I got the perfect shot for a great reference and painted a perfect rendition of "Seven Swans a Swimming".
