"Doubletime Before the Storm" - a ltd. edition Giclee reprod. from a watercolor of the palouse country landscape - by Andy Sewell
Title: "Doubletime Before the Storm" - a ltd. edition Giclee reprod. from a watercolor (30x22) of the Northwest Palouse wheat country landscape during harvest. The original has sold. Prints available in various sizes.
This work has a practical and a spiritual meaning. Living in North Idaho's Palouse region, famous for its wheat, barley and lentil harvests, it is important for the farmers to get in the harvest before the crop damaging storms fall.
I also speak to the spiritual harvest that the Bible mentions in John 4:35 "Do you not say, 'There are still four months and then comes the harvest'? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!"
and the need to bring in God's children who do not yet know Him so they can receive salvation and meet their good and wonderful Father in Heaven before the end comes.
The art prints are individually examined for accurate color by me, the artist, on archival cotton museum paper or canvas using pigment inks that will last. Depending on the size of print ordered, the artist reserves the right to crop the image slightly to fit the desired size/frame/format.
The color of your print may vary from the color on your monitor screen. However, what I send out is the intended result; sharp in color and matches the original precisely.
